Advanced first aid course
A humble thank you for your participation on behalf of the entire Uskalla Auttaa Oy and a warm welcome to the Advanced First Aid course. You can complete parts of the course at your own pace, continue a missed part or go back to review previous parts.
In this course, you will review and learn advanced knowledge and skills for recognising and responding to emergency situations. In addition, we hope that you will gain ideas and confidence for everyday challenges, as well as a deeper understanding of the background to various illnesses and accidents. See below for the full course content.
Instructions for completing the course
- After each lesson, you can move on to the next lesson. However, this requires that you have completed the lesson in full.
- videos must be watched in full
- any subsections of the lesson must be completed in full
- if the lesson contains questions, you must answer them before you can progress in the course (they will only appear after you have watched the video and completed the other parts of the lesson)
- questions are primarily supportive of learning and do not have a defined pass mark
- some of the lessons include a variety of tasks, such as practical exercises or reflection. We recommend doing them with time at your own pace.
- You should also read the texts carefully, as they contain in-depth information about the videos to support your learning and additional material.
- Always mark a lesson as completed by pressing the "mark as done" button. This way you will see the lesson as completed and you will be able to progress and take the final exam.
- You can always go back in lessons to review different topics if you want.
